Simon won Guitarist Magazine's "Guitarist of the Year" competition in 1998 having been runner up in 1993, 1994 & 1995.

He is currently lead guitarist and co-front person with metal band Anubis and formerly played with Ozzy Osbourne tribute, Ozzmosis and Welsh classic rock legends Budgie.

Simon has produced two solo studio CDs featuring his own material along with the current Anubis album. He has also featured on original Judas Priest vocalist Al Atkins last two releases as well as Budgie's current studio album and four of Budgie's "Remastered" series.

He currently makes his living through teaching people how to play the guitar and his renowned One-Man-Rock-Show.

Simon's recording studio is equipped to handle any job from recording a basic demo to mastering and pressing a commercial glass-mastered CD. He can also re-master from Cassette, Vinyl, DAT and Mini-Disc.

Simon has DJ'd on European Klassik Rock radio, acted in the musical We Will Rock You and performed on prime-time National TV show Stars in Their Eyes.
